A. Use a book/word document. Play relaxing music. Identify areas of your life you FEEL need change/ improvement e.g. relationship, kids, appearance, career, home and work. Reflect. Write the ideal scene that you would love for each area. Get the finest details. You may need a couple of hours. You may need a few minutes over a couple of days/weeks/months with yourself for completing the step 1. No rules. Just remain on the track.
B. Be patient, compassionate and loving with your self throughout. Create and simply feel your ideal scene. Feeling emotionally messy? That’s fine. The trick is to continue acknowledging and expressing whatever you feel. It may be sadness, anger or plain frustration. You are allowed.
