Take two to three spoons of Psyllium husk fibre. Mix it in a glass of warm milk. Add honey for taste. Leave it for five minutes so that Psyllium will absorb the milk. Eat this semi solid mixture. If you are allergic to dairy products, mix it in water. Leave it for ten to fifteen minutes. Eat it with cube sugar. This is the most effective remedy against constipation and it has no side effects.
Chew Mint Leaves
Eat ten to twelve fresh mint leaves with candy sugar after taking food.
Chew Ginger Slice
Cut a very thin slice of ginger. Put a pinch of black salt over it. Chew it slowly before taking food.
