Feng Shui is an ancient technique that defines rules for your home to benefit your well being.
THE bedroom should ideally be the most comfortable living space in the house. Retreating to this space should seem like a hard-earned reward. Small bedrooms are ideally the best as they are cosy and comfortable and energy is contained there. Remove everything from your bedroom that might affect sleep. Bedrooms are natural healing places and should be designed with utmost care. It is good to have mirrors in the bedroom, reflecting the person who is asleep as a natural healing process takes place when the body is resting. Shoes symbolise negativity and contain dirt and grime, and therefore should not be stored under the bed. Clothes worn during the day absorb the negativity of the outside world and therefore should not be kept in the bedroom. Their negativity mingles with the vibrations of the bedroom. Avoid placing the headboard of the bed against a wall, which is shared with the toilet. That way you would allow the negative energies to seep into your body.
